South Brickell, on the Water
The St. Regis Residences sit on Brickell Avenue at the southern, bayfront end of Brickell, where the avenue's towers meet Biscayne Bay.
Brickell is Miami's financial district. The Miami River separates it from Downtown to the north; to the east is the bay. From the tower, Downtown is an easy commute, top-tier local schools are close, and the neighborhood's shopping, dining and entertainment are a short drive or walk away.
The site was planned so that every residence takes the widest view available: the Miami skyline, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, depending on the residence and floor. A walkable city avenue on one side and a private marina on the bay on the other is the trade this address makes against Miami's island buildings, which offer privacy at the cost of distance.
Minutes From the Rest of Miami
Approximate drive times from the developer's brochure. The airport, Coral Gables and the beach are all inside a twenty-minute drive.
For daily life, the more useful number is what is within the building: dining by Fabio Trabocchi, a spa, two pools, a marina and butler service. See the amenities.

St. Regis has 152 residences in 50 stories, about three homes per floor, against 397 in 80 stories at Cipriani and 296 in 75 at 619 Brickell. It also delivers earlier than most of this group: 2027, against 2028 to 2031 for 1428 Brickell, Faena, Mandarin Oriental and 619. For a buyer who wants to live in the building soon rather than hold a contract for four years, that timing matters as much as the brand.
